Mission Statement


Facilities Maintenance is responsible for general maintenance and renovations of all buildings owned or leased by the City of Flagstaff. Facilities Maintenance Section ensures for all users that through effective building maintenance programs and long-range planning, that City buildings are:
  • Safe
  • Efficient
  • Reliable
  • Clean
  • Code compliant
  • Aesthetically pleasing
  • Environmentally friendly

Facilities Maintenance Staff


Facilities Maintenance staff consists of one Superintendant, one Manager and nine multi-trade workers. Our staff have received numerous commendations and awards for providing excellent service to the citizens of Flagstaff reflecting our "Service at a Higher Elevation."
