As a resident of either Siler Homes or Brannen Homes, you must report all changes in income, household composition, and employment within 10 days. These changes must be documented on a Change Report form and turned in to your housing office. A change report may also be sent through the mail or by email.

How can you report a maintenance problem?
To submit a work order, or report a maintenance emergency, call: (928) 526-0002 extension 300. Leave a message with your name, phone number where you can be reached, and a brief description of your maintenance issue. The maintenance crew will call you back and set up a time to fix your problem as soon as they are able.
