We Have a New Name: Flagstaff Water Services

We wanted a name that better aligns with what we do: provide a range of services to ensure that you have safe, reliable drinking water. This change is part of an effort to increase our visibility and keep you better informed about important issues and projects.

Wondering where your water comes from? Check out this "street question" video to find out!

Flagstaff Utilities Team

The team of professionals in the Utilities Division works hard every day to keep the water flowing to your taps and water flushing from your home! We recycle high-quality reclaimed water to the community for irrigation and other state-approved uses. Nine sections in the Utilities Division ensure great customer service for decades to come: Regulatory Compliance, Engineering, Water Production, Water Distribution, Wastewater Treatment, Wastewater Collections, Stormwater, Water Resources & Conservation, and Administrative.

We're coming into warmer weather. Know your watering days — or else our friendly staff may catch you and want to talk your ear off!

2016 Water Quality Report Now Available

We sample and analyze your drinking water for microbial, inorganic, organic, and radioactive contaminants, along with pesticides and herbicides, on a strict schedule. This year, we included some constituents that are not currently regulated. We are happy to report that there were no violations. You can download our latest report here.
