Please visit our Flagstaff Regional Plan 2030 site for all the details.

Flagstaff Area Regional Land Use and Transportation Plan
The Regional Land Use and Transportation Plan is the overarching policy document for the City of Flagstaff and Coconino County. The plan was adopted in 2001 and ratified by the citizens in 2002. Arizona state law requires it be updated every 10 years -- 2011/2012.

This is our current Regional Plan.

Regional Transportation Plan
The Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) is produced by the Flagstaff Metropolitan Planning Organization and its member agencies: The City of Flagstaff, Coconino County, and the Arizona Department of Transportation. The RTP prioritizes how tax dollars should be spent on highway, street, bicycle, pedestrian and transit projects. It also helps shape those projects to best fit the neighborhoods they serve.
