Water Aerobics (Instructor Led)Recreation Services
Less joint stress, greater resistance factor, excellent cardiovascular performance, wonderful toning benefits…all this and you don’t even have to get your hair wet! When icy sidewalks make running or walking a treacherous proposition, de-stress your day with a lunchtime workout. Workouts are adjusted to accommodate your individual fitness level. Pass holders: free or pay general daily admission. Ages 12 and up.

Hours:
Monday - Friday: 12:00 pm-1:00 pm (lap pool) 

Summer Hours (June 1-August 9 water aerobics):
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 12:00-1:00 pm (2 lanes lap pool)
Tuesday and Thursday: 12:00-1:00 pm (2 lanes lap pool) and 6:00-7:00 pm (splash pool)


Senior Therapeutic Water Exercise 
This class provides a low impact workout for anyone suffering from chronic illness or physical challenge, including arthritis, diabetes or cardiovascular disease. Pass holders: free or pay general daily admission.

Hours:
  • Tuesday, Thursday: 12:00–1:00 pm (lap pool)

Lap Pool Aerobics (Personal Use)
One lane available to work out on your own. Pass holders: free or pay general daily admission. Ages 12 and up.

Hours: 
  • Monday - Friday: 6:00 am-12:00 pm (1 lane)
