The Community Investment Division prepares, plans, and implements programs and projects for the City's future growth and development in a manner that preserves our region's livability, sense of community, and the natural environment.
The Division works to ensure that Flagstaff has a compact land use pattern that provides for Open Space, Housing and Neighborhoods, Commercial Development, Industry and Employment, Infill and Reinvestment, and the Cost of Development.
