Mission Statement

The mission of the Payroll Department is to manage the City of Flagstaff’s payroll system, to ensure that employees are paid in an accurate and timely manner, to provide payroll information efficiently and accurately and to ensure that all payroll procedures and reports are in compliance with State and Federal tax laws and regulations.
