The City of Flagstaff is accountable to the public for its investment through the dedicated road repair and street safety tax. The revenues from this dedicated sales tax is restricted to specific uses related to road repair and street safety improvements. Furthermore, annual review of expenditures and project planning related to the special sales tax is a part of the City's existing budget development process, which requires a Public Hearing and City Council approval annually.
The City will report contracts awarded for work associated with the Road Repair and Street Safety Improvement Program.
