File An Online Police Report
Welcome to the Flagstaff Police Department Online Crime Reporting System. NOTE: This service is designed for you to report a property crime that IS NOT in progress. If you want to report a crime in progress or if this is an emergency, immediately call 911. If you want to report an incident wherein a person was injured, threatened, or otherwise placed in danger, contact the Flagstaff Police Department at 928-774-1414.

Criminal Damage or Vandalism
Criminal Damage to Property/Vandalism (excluding Graffiti)
Criminal Damage/Vandalism is when a person knowingly or recklessly causes damage to another persons property. If you know the possible suspect please contact the police department to speak to an officer in person. You may print this report to send to your insurance company at the end.
Harassing Phone Calls
Harassing phone calls is defined as being unlawful for any person, with intent to terrify, intimidate, threaten or harass a specific person or persons by contacting them anonymously or otherwise contacts, communicates or causes a communication with another person by verbal, electronic, mechanical, telegraphic, telephonic or written means in a manner that harasses. If you know of a possible suspect please contact the police department to speak with an officer.
Lost or Missing Property
Lost Property is when property is missing or lost. Property that is missing, leaving items in restaurant or lost cell phone are a few examples. You may print this report to send to your insurance company at the end.
Theft
Theft (of property valued at Less than $1,000)
Theft is when personal property is stolen. To report online please ensure the property is valued at under $1,000. If the property is valued more than $1,000 please call the police department to speak to an officer in person. You may print this report to send to your insurance company at the end.
Online or Phone Scams
The Flagstaff Police Department is committed to investigating and prosecuting internet and email criminals when possible. Unfortunately, adequate laws do not exist to prosecute criminals in other countries and many email hoaxes and internet based phishing scams originate in these places. The Flagstaff Police Department does track these situations and you can provide us with specific information about your situation.
