If you meet standards you will be invited to take the CritiCall Test
Minimum standards mirror minimum standards required of Police Officer Standards
This CritiCall Test will evaluate your ability to recall information and typing speed
Passing scores include 4100 Keys Per Hour (KPH) OR 80% and 35 Words Per Minute (WPM)

If you complete the CritiCall with a passing score you will be invited to an oral board interview
