High Occupancy Housing Requirements
Effective March 1, 2021
Conditional Use Permit Required
A property owner shall obtain the approval of a Conditional Use Permit for a High Occupancy Housing Development (HOHD) or Mixed-use High Occupancy Housing Development (MHOHD) from the Planning and Zoning Commission before submitting for a Building Permit. In some zones, the property owner shall also obtain approval from the Planning and Zoning Commission of a Conditional Use Permit for a Planned Residential Development.
