American Rescue Plan Act Local Recovery Funds 
Notice of Funding Availability for Housing Assistance Projects

Applications Due: 4:00 p.m. MONDAY, December 19th, 2022


The City of Flagstaff Housing Section (the "City") is pleased to announce the availability of  American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 ("ARPA") Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds ("Local Recovery Funds") to support Housing Assistance Projects. 

The purpose of the programs, services, or capital expenditures ("Projects) must be to respond to the negative economic impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, by helping households recover from economic impacts, particularly disproportionately impacted low-income workers and people of color. The City of Flagstaff is seeking partners for eligible Projects for the purpose of providing Housing Assistance to City of Flagstaff residents. 

Respondents may access the NOFA, Application, Attachments, current and future addenda, and related files below. Applications shall be submitted electronically, through the City’s website, by 4pm on December 19th, 2022 at the portal link below. 

Any questions pertaining to this NOFA shall be submitted in writing to Kristine Pavlik, Housing and Grants Administrator, via email kristine.pavlik@flagstaffaz.gov on or before December 5, 2022 at 4pm. The City's response to each question submitted will be sent to all known prospective applicants for whom the City has a valid e-mail address and posted below.
