General Information
Environmental Management Program staff collaborate with all City sections to ensure operations are in compliance with federal and state environmental regulations. This includes:
- Indoor air quality/mold
- Industrial stormwater
- Lead-based paint
- Permitting, and inspections for asbestos
- Regulatory compliance
Additionally, Environmental Management Program staff are responsible for coordinating Environmental Site Assessments for:
- Properties donated to the City
- Property acquisitions
- Sales of City property
