[ARCHIVED] Notice of Proposed New or Increased Fees Related to Stormwater Rates

The City of Flagstaff hereby gives notice pursuant to A.R.S. § 9-511.01 that it proposes to amend the City Code to adopt new or increased fees related to Stormwater service charges. The City Council adopted a Notice of Intent to increase Stormwater rates or rate components, fees or service charges by Resolution 2022-41 on August 23, 2022.  

The City Council will discuss the staff recommended Stormwater service charge increase during a Public Hearing at the following date, time and location:

                        Tuesday, November 15 at 3:00 p.m.

                        City Council Chambers

                        211 W. Aspen Avenue

                        Flagstaff, Arizona 86001


A first reading of an ordinance to approve the changes may occur on this date. A second reading of an ordinance to approve the changes may occur at the next public meeting of the City Council on Tuesday, November 29, at 3 p.m. in City Council Chambers.  

The City Council may approve, disapprove, or modify the proposed fees at that time.

The 2022 Stormwater Financial Plan and Rate Analysis will be posted on the Water Services section of the City website no later than Friday, September 16, 2022. This notice has been distributed to other social media accounts and electronic communication tools of the City.
