1. How do those who don't work at City Hall get an ecoPASS?

• Sustainability staff will go to all non-downtown City facilities to distribute passes to interested employees.
• Visits will happen between July 5^th and July 13^th.  Email Jenny Niemann for information on individual facility visits.
• If you would like your pass before then, you can stop by the Sustainability Section any time after July 1^st.

2. What if I lose my pass?

Report it to the Sustainability Section immediately. We will deactivate the card, and you will be issued a new pass. You will be charged $3 for a new pass.
