1. I would like additional information for bulky pick-up.

2. I would like additional information about Christmas Tree Pick-Up.

Single-family residents can recycle their Christmas tree by placing it on the curb for collection by 6:00 AM the first week of January. Collection will occur throughout the week. Residents who live in multi-family housing recycle their tree by taking it to one of the following locations:

Old Public Works Yard: 419 N Mogollon St.

Continental Little League Field: 5700 E Old Walnut Canyon Rd.

3. I would like additional information about the Cinder Lake Landfill.

4. I would like information about trash and recycling services.

Please contact the Solid Waste section at (928) 213-2110 during normal business hours or visit the Trash and Recycling section of our website. The Solid Waste section may be reached at the aforementioned phone number Monday - Friday from 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.

5. I would like to report a dead animal in the roadway.

Please report large game to the Streets section at (928) 213-2175 during normal business hours. Please include any relevant information, such as type of animal, location, and mile marker information. The Streets section may be reached at the aforementioned phone number Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

Large game removal on I-40 or I-17 is handled by ADOT.  Please contact ADOT at 1-800-648-2531.  

Please contact the Solid Waste section for smaller animals (cats, rabbits, skunks) at (928) 213-2110 during normal business hours. The Solid Waste section will assist with pick-up at the request of property owners for a fee of $86.58. The Solid Waste section may be reached at the aforementioned phone number Monday - Friday from 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.

6. My trash/recycling were not picked-up.

The Solid Waste section provides trash and recycling collection service within the City. To inquire about your current trash or recycle service please contact (928) 213-2110 during normal business hours. 7. My trash/recycling bin is broken (missing lid, wheel, etc.) and in need of replacement.
